​Tony Di Giosia (pronounced "deejo-seeyuh") is a native Texan with over 30 years of residential and light commercial real estate experience in diverse functions encompassing product design and development, marketing, sales, purchasing, project management, energy conservation and adaptive reuse for startup through Fortune 200 companies.

Tony served as Chair of the Design Committee for the Mossy Creek Foundation from 2017-2021 and a member of the Historic Zoning Commission for Jefferson City, Tennessee from 2019-2024.   He is a current board member for The Heritage Center at Mossy Creek and part owner of the Old City Hall in the Historic Mossy Creek District in Jefferson City, Tennessee, currently under renovation.
